How do I book an Inter Miami CF suite?

To book an Inter Miami CF suite at Chase Stadium, visit the Reserve Now page, select the match you wish to attend, and explore available suite options. You can purchase a suite directly through the website by entering your payment details or by contacting the Inter Miami CF Premium Seating Department at [email protected].

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

After your purchase, a representative from the Inter Miami Premium Team will reach out to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes will be delivered electronically. After purchasing, you'll receive instructions on how to access and download your tickets through your online Account Manager. Tickets must be presented on your mobile device and cannot be printed. It's recommended to transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure smooth entry into Chase Stadium.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites available on InterMiamiCFsuites.com are completely private.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes. Field Suites and Skybox Suites at Chase Stadium are ADA accessible.

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

If an event is postponed, your suite tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event.

What if my event is canceled?

In the event of a cancellation, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Planning Your Suite Experience

How and when do I order catering?

For suites that do not include catering, you can purchase catering in advance of your event. Following your suite reservation, an Inter Miami CF representative will provide further instructions via email or phone. Catering pre-orders are typically due one week prior to the event. Gameday suite menu options are available if you prefer to order in-suite on the day of the event, though please note the Gameday Suite Menu offers fewer choices than the Preorder Menu.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-suite catering is optional, and there is no minimum order required. Guests can also choose to purchase food and drinks individually from general concessions and bring them back to the suite. However, outside food and beverages are not permitted in the stadium.

How much does catering typically cost?

Catering costs will be detailed closer to the event date, with packages tailored to the size of your group. On average, groups spend around $50-$100 per person on food and drinks, including alcohol. There is no minimum spending requirement, and catering is not mandatory. Check your suite listing for any food and beverage inclusions.

Can I purchase additional tickets (Standing Room Only tickets, or SROs) for my suite?

Refer to your suite reservation to determine if additional tickets are available. If your suite offers this option, please contact your Inter Miami CF Suite Representative to complete the purchase. Additional tickets, if available, can be purchased at any time before the event.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

Guest passes are not permitted. To accommodate additional guests, you would need to purchase Standing Room Only tickets, up to the suite’s maximum capacity.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children aged 2 and under do not require a separate ticket for admission to Chase Stadium. Suites provide a secure and private environment, making them ideal for families attending the game with young children.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Chase Stadium)?

Chase Stadium adheres to the MLS Clear Bag policy, which can be found here. For additional guidelines, refer to the Inter Miami CF gameday page closer to the event or contact a representative from the Premium Seating Department.

Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?

No, suite tickets only grant access to the designated suite areas. Suite ticket holders will not have access to the NW Club or the MidField Club.

Match Day Questions

Where should I park?

Your suite includes parking passes for Inter Miami CF’s premium lots. Detailed parking instructions will be provided with your suite reservation.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

VIP entrances can be located on a map provided on the Inter Miami CF gameday page as the event approaches. Your suite representative will provide details on the best entry point based on your suite location and parking arrangements.

When does my suite open?

Suite access begins 90 minutes prior to kickoff.

Can I order food/beverage from the suite during the game?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a dedicated attendant. In-game food and drink orders can be placed through the attendant, with a Gameday Suite Menu available in your suite upon arrival. The Gameday Menu offers a more limited selection compared to the Advance Catering Menu but includes stadium favorites and a variety of beverages.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Yes, gratuity is customary and appreciated.
