Shopping for a Suite

How do I book an Inter Miami CF suite?

To book a suite at Nu Stadium, visit the Reserve Now page, select the match you'd like to attend, and browse available options. Premium spaces may be reserved directly online or by contacting the Inter Miami CF Premium Seating Department at [email protected].

When do I get my tickets?

Following your purchase, an Inter Miami CF Premium representative will contact you to coordinate ticket delivery and event details. All tickets and parking passes are delivered digitally.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes are mobile-only and delivered electronically through your online Account Manager. For the smoothest entry experience, we recommend saving tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay in advance of matchday. Screenshots are not valid for entry.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites are completely private for your group.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes. Premium suites and hospitality areas at Nu Stadium are ADA accessible.

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as mobile wallet payments such as Google Pay. ACH and wire transfer options may also be available through a representative.

Is payment required in full?

Yes. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The displayed price is the final price unless optional in-suite catering is added.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final. For more information on rescheduled events or canceled events see below.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

If an event is postponed, your suite tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event.

What if my event is canceled?

In the event of a cancellation, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Planning Your Suite Experience

How and when do I order catering?

Following your reservation, your Inter Miami CF representative will provide catering details and ordering instructions. Advance catering is typically due several days prior to matchday. Limited gameday ordering available from within the suite.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No. Catering is optional.

Can I purchase additional tickets / SRO tickets?

If additional tickets are available for your suite, your representative can assist with purchasing them prior to the event.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

Guest passes are not permitted. To accommodate additional guests, you would need to purchase Standing Room Only tickets, up to the suite’s maximum capacity.

What is the child ticket policy?

Children under 3 years old may attend without a separate ticket but must sit on a ticket holder’s lap. Guests 3 years and older require their own ticket.

What am I permitted to bring into Nu Stadium?

Nu Stadium enforces a Clear Bag Policy for all events. Guests are encouraged not to bring bags whenever possible. Permitted items include one clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag not exceeding 12” x 6” x 12”, or one one-gallon clear freezer bag (such as a Ziploc), along with one small clutch bag no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”. Please note that bag check is not available at the stadium gates, and any prohibited items must be returned to your vehicle or disposed of before entry. Match Day Questions

Where should I park?

Premium suite guests will receive parking access in the Audi Black Lot, while additional premium seating and other designated guests may be directed to the Red Lot. Your specific parking lot assignment will be included with your tickets or shared by your Inter Miami CF representative prior to matchday.

WWhen do parking lots open?

Parking lots typically open 3 hours prior to kickoff.

When does my suite open?

Suite access typically begins 90 minutes prior to kickoff, unless otherwise communicated by your representative.

Can I order food and beverages during the match?

Yes. Suites include in-game service with food and beverage ordering available from your suite attendant.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Yes, gratuity is customary and appreciated.
